3. Informational Purposes Only

Health & Fitness Calculators

BMI, calorie, BMR, body fat, heart rate, and other health calculators provide general estimates only. They are not medical devices, diagnostic tools, or substitutes for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise routine, or medical care. Legal & Tax Information

AI Genie Responses

The Genie feature is powered by Anthropic's Claude AI. AI-generated responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Do not rely on Genie responses for medical, legal, financial, or other professional decisions. Always verify important information with authoritative sources or qualified professionals.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• Use the Site to transmit any unsolicited advertising, spam, or bulk messages
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data from the Site in bulk without prior written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site
• Use the AI Genie to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the Site
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access for anyone who violates these Terms.

5. AI Genie — Specific Terms

The Genie feature sends your text input to Anthropic's servers to generate a response. By using the Genie feature, you agree to:

• Anthropic's Usage Policy and Privacy Policy
• Not submitting sensitive personal information (Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, passwords, or protected health information) into the Genie input
• Not attempting to use the Genie to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content
• Understanding that AI responses may be inaccurate and should be independently verified for important decisions

To use the Genie feature, you must supply your own Anthropic API key. By entering your API key, you accept responsibility for all usage and associated costs under your Anthropic account. We never store your API key on our servers.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, calculator interfaces, and design — are owned by Strategic Marketing and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may use our calculators for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publish any substantial portion of the Site's content without written permission
• Create derivative works based on the Site's content
• Use our name, logo, or branding without prior written permission
• Frame or embed the Site in another website without written permission
